Mass arrest of protesting people and young people in the nationwide uprising of 2022
During the national uprising of 2022, the heads of the government made widespread arrests of young people in different cities of the country.
In principle 10 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights:
“Everyone has the right to enjoy a fair and public trial by an independent and impartial court with full equality to determine their rights and obligations or the criminal charges against them.”
It is also stated in Article 11 of this law that everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty. This is despite the fact that the repressive agents and torturers force the accused to make confessions with mental and physical torture and consider them as the main document to present to the court.
Basically, in the last 4 decades, the rights of the people violated by the heads of the government. People have also tried to restore their trampled rights with their protests during these years. Over the years, it proven to everyone that this action is possible only by overthrowing the ruling dictatorship.
