In this report, it is stated that along with Mohammad Isa Zahi. Another prisoner named Aref Kabdani was also transferred to the quarantine department to execute the death sentence.
Including execution of this Baloch prisoner in Zahedan prison. At least 431 people have been executed since the beginning of the Iranian year 1401. This is while many executions are carried out secretly and the news is not published anywhere. So the actual number of executions is much higher than this figure.
With Gholamhossein Mohseni Ajei and Ebrahim Raisi taking office, the speed of executions has increased shockingly. Earlier in a circular, the judiciary demanded to speed up the execution of sentences.
Iran’s human rights community has repeatedly warned against the speedy process of executing death sentences. And calls for an end to this crime.
