During the last two days, at least five Baloch prisoners executed in Zabul and Zahedan prisons
According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, on Monday, July 31, 2023. In the past two days, at least five Baloch prisoners executed on drug charges in Zabul and Central Zahedan prisons.
At dawn on Monday, July 31, two Baloch prisoners named Saeed (Arif) Brahui and Khan Mohammad (Ali) Brahui executed in Zahedan Central Prison. Saeed Brahoui, 38 years old and Ali Brahoui, 39 years old, both married with several children and are from Zabul.
According to Vash’s current report, these two prisoners were uncle and niece and in 2021, they arrested and sentenced to death in a joint case related to drugs. These two prisoners transferred to Zahedan prison a month ago.
On the same day, another Baloch prisoner, from Nimroz, Afghanistan, was executed in Zabul prison on drug charges. Asadullah Bahrami was 32 years old, married, and the father of several children. He was transferred to solitary confinement on Sunday to serve the sentence.
Yesterday, July 30, 2023, two more prisoners executed in Zabul and Zahedan prisons.
