Hayman Mustafaei arrested on March 1, 2023, on charges of killing a former member of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Ibrahim Mohammadi, in Marivan.

Hayman Mustafaei sentenced to death and 4 years in prison in Sanandaj criminal court on charges of murder and possession of weapons.
