Iranian Human Rights Society, Thursday, December 1, 2022. The death sentence of two prisoners in Hamadan and Sabzevar Central Prisons, named Saeed Moulai and Amanullah Rakhshani, was carried out on drug charges.
Baloch prisoner was executed in Sabzevar prison without informing his family.
Execution of a Baloch prisoner in Sabzevar prison without informing the family
According to Haalvash, at dawn on Thursday, December 1, 2022, a Baloch prisoner named Amanullah Rakhshani was executed in Sabzevar prison on drug charges.
Amanullah Rakhshani was 40 years old, from Zahedan, married and had 5 young children. He was arrested in 2020 and sentenced to death in Sabzevar Revolutionary Court.
It is worth noting that this execution was carried out without notifying Amanullah’s family and without having the last meeting with his family.
Execution in Hamadan Central Prison
According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, dawn on November 16, 2022. A prisoner named Saeed Moulai was executed in Hamedan Central Prison on drug charges.
33-year-old Saeed Moulai was executed in Hamedan Central Prison on charges of drug possession.
He was also the case of Dawood Bahrami, who was executed two days before him in the same prison.
Including the execution of these two prisoners in Bandar Abbas and Hamadan prisons. At least 447 people have been executed since the beginning of the Iranian year 1401 and 539 people have been executed since the beginning of the year 2022. This is while many executions are carried out secretly. And its news is not published anywhere, so the actual number of executions is much higher than this number.
Since Gholamhossein Mohseni Ajei and Ebrahim Raisi took office, executions have increased shockingly. Earlier in a circular, the judiciary demanded to speed up the execution of sentences.
Iran’s human rights community has warned against the rapid increase in the execution of death sentences and demands an end to these crimes.
