Maziar Shah Bakhsh, a Baloch child prisoner, tortured by IRGC intelligence and threatened with execution
Iranian Human Rights Society, Thursday, September 8, 2022. The website of HAALVASH reported about the torture of Maziar Shah Bakhsh, a Baloch child prisoner, by IRGC intelligence and said that On August 30, 2022, this innocent child transferred from Zahedan Correctional Center to IRGC Intelligence Detention Center and subjected to interrogation and torture to force a confession.
While torturing Maziar Shah Bakhsh, IRGC intelligence agents told him to “call your family and tell them to prepare the money for your rope so that we can send you to your father and uncle in the other world.”
According to this report, since the arrest of Maziar Shah Bakhsh, she has been interrogated by IRGC Intelligence every month.
What is the reason for torture and threats to Baloch children?
In this report, quoting an informed source, it is stated: “Even the security forces have admitted that Maziar is innocent and has not committed any crime. Only excuse for arresting and torturing Maziar Shah Bakhsh in the last 6 months is that his father is Malik Mohammad Shah Bakhsh and his uncle Gholam Shah Bakhsh.
(Malik Mohammad Shah Bakhsh died in the Samsur plain clash with the forces of Abu Dhar Kerman camp after hours of fighting, and Ghulam Shah Bakhsh died on January 1, 2022, in the IRGC attack on Kurin District.)
According to this report, the interrogation and torture of Maziar Shah Bakhsh was done not only by IRGC intelligence but also by the Ministry of Intelligence, so that the effects of torture can be seen on Maziar’s body.
It is said that Maziar’s condition is very critical due to the tortures that have taken place, and his family’s inquiries have remained unanswered so far.
Maziar Shah Bakhsh was arrested by IRGC in Zahedan on March 9, 2022. He was born in 2004, so he was less than 18 years old at the time of his arrest.
