A prisoner was executed for murdering two police agents in public in Dilam city
According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, according to the government website Asr Iran, it was reported that a public execution is done. On the morning of Sunday, June 18, 2023, a prisoner was executed in public at Dilam Beach Park.
He was accused of killing two police officers in March 2022. There is no information about the name and other details of this prisoner.
Public executions are carried out by religious dictatorships to increase the atmosphere of terror. In June this year, this is the second execution that has been carried out in public. On May 25, 2023, a prisoner named Suleiman Salamat was executed in Maragheh in public.
