According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, on Sunday, February 19, 2023. Two detainees of Chabahar protests, Mansour Hoot and Nizamuddin Hoot, sentenced to death on charges of corruption on earth (Moharebeh).
According to Haalvsh website, Mansour Hoot and Nizamuddin Hoot arrested in this city by IRGC intelligence on September 30, 2022. These two protestors, who imprisoned in Ward 9 of Zahedan Central Prison.Sentenced to death on Monday, October 10, 2022. By the 2nd Criminal Branch of the Musa Nouri Zahedan Court, on charges of war and corruption.
According to this report, Mansour and Nizamuddin Hoot severely tortured during their detention. And forced confessions were taken from them and they were accused accordingly.
Mansoor Hoot, born in 1995, son of Kamal Khan, poet and writer of Balochistan, married, and Nizamuddin Hoot, born in 2002, son of Lal Mohammad, unmarried, both of them are from Chabahar.
It should be note, four of those who arrested in Zahedan’s nationwide protests sentenced to corruption on earth (Moharebeh) in unfair courts.

In a statement, Amnesty International condemned their death sentence as unjust. Amnesty International notes in its statement that 14 protesters arrested, Ebrahim Narouyi, Kambiz Khorot, Mansour Dehmardeh. Shoaib Mirbaloch Zahi, Arshiya Takdastan, Javad Rouhi, Mehdi Mohammadi Fard, Majid Kazemi, Saleh Mirhashemi. Saeed Yaqoub, Mohammad Broghni. , Mehdi Bahman and Manouchehr Mehman Navaz, among others, are at risk of serious execution for actions that do not include intentional murder, which is a violation of Iran’s obligations based on international laws.
