Two prisoners executed in Salmas Prison and one in Ilam Central Prison

According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, two prisoners were executed in Salmas prison. Kamel Dodkanlou and Farhad Hosseini were two prisoners sentenced to death in Salman prison, which were executed without official announcement.

There is no information about the charges and the details of these 2 prisoners.

In addition, according to Hengaw website, at dawn on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, a prisoner named Ghodrat Zibram was executed in the central prison of Ilam.

On Monday, January 16, 2023, Ghodrat Zibram was transferred to solitary confinement for the execution of the death sentence.

Ghodrat Zibram was arrested three years ago on charges of premeditated murder and was sentenced to death on the same charge.

These executions were not announced in any government media.
