7 prisoners executed Within a day in Bandar Abbas and Khorramabad prisons
According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, on Monday, March 6, 2023, at least 7 prisoners executed in Bandar Abbas and Khorramabad prisons. All the prisoners accused of drug-related crimes and sentenced to death for the same charge.
On Monday, March 6, 2023, in Bandar Abbas prison, three Baloch prisoners, accused of narcotics, named Hamid Shahouzahi, Bahram Behzadi and Mohammad Amin Javashiri, were executed.
On the same day, four prisoners accused of drug-related crimes executed in Khorramabad Central Prison. The names of two of these prisoners were Ayat Aliari and Sohrab Suri Laki.
One of the prisoners has the surname of Akram and the name of the other prisoner is unknown.
Ayat Aliari was 31 years old and Sohrab Suri Laki was 36 years old.
During the last two weeks, at least 42 prisoners executed in Iranian prisons with various charges, 7 of them executed Within a day.
