Trialing of political prisoner Seyed Javad Sidi was held while his lawyer was not allowed to attend the court session
Iranian Human Rights Society; Today, November 9, 2022. Trialing political prisoner Javad Sidi held in the 29th branch court of Tehran, presided over by Judge Mazloum.
Trialing was held while Saeeda Hosseinzadeh, the lawyer of this political prisoner, was not allowed to attend the court session.
The charges of political prisoner Javad Sidi,in this court session,, were: “Insulting Khamenei, gathering and conspiring against the regime. Communicating with the People’s Mujahideen and propagating against the regime.” The prisoner did not accept these accusations.
On the night of October 15, 2022, political prisoner Javad Sidi was wounded by bullets in both legs. When security officers shot Evin prisoners. And then the wounds began to bleed. He was deprived of medical treatment after his injury. And he and other injured prisoners were told to take care of their wounds after their release.
Erresting and trialing
Seyed Javad Sidi was arrested on July 2, 2022. During the protest gathering of retirees in Tehran. and was transferred to Ward 209 of Evin. He is currently imprisoned in ward 4 of Evin prison. The elderly father of this polit ical prisoner, Seyed Hossein Sidi, is also imprisoned in Evin prison.
Javad Sidi, born in 1987, is married and the father of one child.
Previously, he was imprisoned in Evin prison from January 2019 to August 2020 and served his previous sentence.
One of the most important actions to save the lives of those arrested is to inform.
Iran’s human rights society asks all families to immediately inform about arresting their loved ones. In order to save them from black tunnel of torture and confession.
