According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, on Monday March 11, 2024, political prisoner Saman Yasin was transferred from Razi Neuropsychiatric Hospital (Amin Abad) to GhezelHesar Prison. This action is repeated many times. Political prisoner Saman Yasin was tied to the bed with handcuffs during his stay in Amin Abad hospital. This action is applied in order to increase pressure and psychological torture on him.
It is said that Saman Yasin was transferred to the Amin Abad Psychiatric Hospital by the order of Hayat al-Gheeb. He is the head of the prison’s organization. He was transferred to Amin Abad hospital on March 5, 2024.
Samans Saeedi, a political prisoner and a rap singer, arrested on 30th September 2022 during the nationwide protests and transferred to Evin prison. He was later moved to Tehran’s Great Prison and then again to Evin.
In December 2022, Saman Yasin (Saidi) sentenced to death by Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court headed by Judge “Salawati” on the charge of “Moharebeh”.
In early December 2022, the Supreme Court overruled this ruling and referred it to the issuing court for reconsideration. He has been accused of “gathering and conspiring to commit a crime against the country’s security” and “disturbance of public order and peace”.
Transfer to the psychiatric hospital accompanied by physical torture

But then transferred to the Razi Psychiatric Hospital (Amin Abad) in Shahriar by the order of Judge Salavati. He was severely beaten upon entering this hospital and was forced to take strong nerve pills.
According to a reliable source, he severely beaten by the prison guards and security forces. And they had hit him with a baton on his head and face.
