Execution of a male prisoner in Zanjan Central Prison
According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, on Sunday, February 5, 2023, a male prisoner was executed in Zanjan Central Prison. Ebrahim Hojjat Qoli was arrested on charges of murder and sentenced to revenge.
According to Iran Human Rights Organization, 37-year-old Ebrahim Hojat Qoli, who was executed in Zanjam Central Prison, was married and the father of a young child.
It should be noted that in the Iranian year 1401, more than 600 people were executed in Iranian prisons.
