Number of martyrs of freedom in these protests is much higher than this figure, which is under investigation and will be updated.
On this same day, people and families of freedom martyrs, according to Iranian tradition, attended the graves of freedom martyrs on the last Thursday of the year and honored their memory and promised victory in the new year.
This list was updated for the umpteenth time on March 16, 2023. Names and details of 30 more martyrs collected by the Iranian Human Rights Society. And in this way, the number of martyrs whose identities have been verified reached at least 632. Among these names, 129 are related to Baloch compatriots who died on two bloody Fridays, September 30 and On October 5, 2022, they were killed in Zahedan and other cities of Baluchistan.
Names of 80 women is among the martyrs of freedom
The names of 80 women who lost their lives for freedom can be seen among the martyrs of freedom. Some of these women are mothers and some are under the age of 18.
Also, children under the age of 18killed by repressive agents in the nationwide uprising of the Iranian people. So far, the names and details of 68 of them have been verified. But reports show that the real number must be much higher than this amount.
