According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, on Friday, March 24, 2023.. He political prisoner Asadollah Hadi is in a serious physical condition. Due to the severity of his illness, he transferred from Tehran prison to the special care unit of Loqman Hospital. His physical condition was so bad that he was rushed to the hospital.
Asadollah Hadi is 66 years old, and imprisoned in Iranian prisons for many years despite heart, kidney and digestive diseases. He also suffers from neck and back disc problems and knee arthritis. But the prison authorities have denied him medical treatment.
Sick political prisoners not taken care at all

On October 1, 2022, he arrested for the umpteenth time by raiding his home by agents of the Ministry of Intelligence. He then transferred to the 6th Brigade of the Greater Tehran Prison and has been in limbo ever since.
Asadullah Hadi is a tailor and knitwear worker. He was a political prisoner in the sixties, eighties and nineties.
In 2009, he sentenced to 5 years in prison on charges of acting against national security and disrupting public order. Also, in 2014, during Black Thursday, he was severely beaten in the 350th cell of Evin prison. Then the security officers transferred him to the solitary cells of Ward 240. Asadollah Hadi was among the prisoners who started a hunger strike. After some time, Mr. Hadi sent back to Ward 350 and from there deported to Rajaei Shahr Prison in Karaj.
Finally, in the middle of May 2017, he released from Evin after posting a bail of 700 million tomans. He also imprisoned in the 209th Ward of Evin for some time.
