Eighth day of national uprising in Iran passed while Ebrahim Raisi, after returning from New York, emphasized decisive action against protesters.

Iranian Human Rights Society, Saturday, September 24, 2022. Eighth day of nationwide uprising in Iran is going on in more than 30 cities and regions. Some of these cities include Tehran (more than ten regions), Karaj, Tabriz, Sanandaj, Oshnavieh, Dezful, Zahedan, Amol, Mashhad, Rasht, Babol, Shahrekord, Zanjan, Kashmer, Shiraz, Dehdasht, etc.

Meanwhile, after returning from New York, Ebrahim Raisi emphasized decisive action against protesters in a phone call with the family of one of the security guards who was killed by people.
On the other hand, Iranian Human Rights Society published today list of names, characteristics and pictures of 43 people who died on the way to freedom.

Sanandaj- In Sanandaj, protesters came to the streets and at the same time, drivers honking continuously as a sign of protest. Despite the presence of security officers, the protesters continued their protest.

Sattarkhan – A large crowd is still on the street. Protesters in Sattar Khan chanted slogans such as “I will kill, I will kill whoever killed my sister” and “Iranian dies and does not accept humiliation”. Conflict and resistance continue in Sattar Khan.
