Iranian Human Rights Society, October 2, 2022. Since September 15, Evin prison authorities prevented Kasri Bani Amirian from being sent for further treatment and physiotherapy without handcuffs, manacle and prison uniform.
An informed source told Iranian Human Rights Society. “According to doctors’ advice Kasra Bani Amerian, who suffers from polyneuropathy, should visit orthopedics twice a week for special physiotherapy.However, since October 2nd, officials of prison and its chief “Hedayat Farzadi” said.”In addition to prison uniform, you should wear handcuffs and manacle. which this prisoner refuses to do, so they have stopped sending him to continue treatment.”
This source said: “This non-continuity of treatment will cause serious and Irrecoverable problems in the prisoner’s movement organs.”
Iranian Human Rights Society declares.Responsibility for consequences of these inhumane and illegal restrictions rests entirely with judiciary and the head of Evin prison, “Hedayat Farzadi”.
