Military forces in Piranshahr area killed a Kolbar named Mikayel Talane with direct fire and without warning
A Kolbar was killed by military forces in Kanikhoda area of Piranshahr city. In evening of Monday, October 10, 2022, military forces ambushed on the way of Kolbaran and fired at them without prior warning. In this incident, a Kolbar from Piranshahr named Mikayel Talaneh was killed. Government authorities have refused to hand over Mikayel Talane’s body to his family.
It is second murder in less than 48 hours. Before this, a Kolbar from Baneh named Shahram Vasili was killed by direct fire from IRGC forces in Hegeh Jhal region.
Deployment of IRGC forces in border areas
Revolutionary Guards stationed in border after massive protests across country in order to carry out cross-border terrorist operations. And has prohibited any traffic in these borders. According to local sources, IRGC forces are stationed at the border of Baneh with heavy weapons and equipment.
According to statistics published in the first 6 months of Iranian year 1401. 190 people were killed and wounded in border zone of Kermanshah, Kurdistan and West Azerbaijan provinces. Out of this number, 26 Kolbars have been killed, all of them by direct fire from Revolutionary Guards or the border regiment.
Legitimacy of the killing of Kolbaran by commander of the Border Guard by announcing a ban on their movement
The prohibition of movement of Kolbaran in border strip by the border guard commander of the police force has legitimized their killing. The order to shoot without prior warning and not complying with the arrest rules has removed all legal obstacles to protect the life of Kolbaran. This decree means legalizing and formalizing their killing.
Choosing kolbari is the only way to continue living at the bottom of poverty line. But heads of the government, who looted funds of these people in the last 40 years. Have neither eyes to see nor ears to hear poverty of people. They are only thinking of preserving their sovereignty in any way.
The people of Iran have also shown that thy use every opportunity to attack this government.
