Why Iran Executions November 2025 Violate Human Rights
These Iran executions November 2025 contradict global standards. Article 3 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights guarantees life, liberty, and security. Everyone deserves protection under law.
Death sentences strip the right to life. This right stands fundamental and unbreakable. Furthermore, errors become irreversible after hanging.
Some execution methods count as torture. They inflict inhuman treatment. Therefore, they breach the declaration directly.
Iran signed the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights. Article 6 limits death penalties to serious crimes with fair trials. However, many cases lack transparency. Accused face restrictions. Courts often lack independence.
As a result, these executions ignore commitments. The regime pushes fear instead of justice. Protests grow, yet officials escalate repression. People continue demanding change.
