Why is there execution in Iran?
Historically, execution has been a tool of power and dictatorship to intimidate and subdue people. The dictatorship ruling Iran has also been using the tool of execution for over forty years to create fear and also establish its permanent rule, because refraining from using the tool of execution and repression means the destruction of the system of the Guardianship of the Islamic Jurist. 104 countries have abolished the death penalty through referendums.
