A report of protesting rally in Evin prison with slogans of death to Khamenei and “deportation, kidnapping, no longer effective”:
Iranian Human Rights Society, Friday, October 14, 2022; Following the sudden transfer of four political prisoners from Evin prison, the political prisoners gathered in the prison airfield.
They chanted “death to Khamenei and death to the dictator” and “exile, abduction, no more effect”.
On Thursday, four political prisoners, including Mohammad Tagvi, Reza Khandan, Reza Nowrozi, and Mahan Jalaldoost, suddenly transferred from Evin to unknown location.

The prison officials locked the prison doors and the prison guards tried to show their power. As a result of these actions and in protest, the prisoners gathered in Evin prison and chanted anti-government slogans in the airfield.
An informed source told the Iranian Human Rights Society. “Political prisoners of Evin prison protested transfering and deportation 4 political prisoners . (Mohammed Tagvi, Reza Khandan, Mahan Jalaldoost and Reza Nowrozi) on Friday, October 14th. And they held a rally in the 8th ward of Evin prison.
This source said: “Political prisoners first performed the purple blood song together, then slogan “Exile, kidnapping is no longer effective” chanted. And after those slogans of death to dictator, death to Khamenei, death to Islamic Republic chanted. that each slogan said many times by crowd in a loud voice with clenched fists and clapping hands.
This source also said: “While chanting, the political prisoners started to move and went towards the halls. Other prisoners joined them on the way, and slogans chanted inside corridor and hall. Other non-political prisoners sometimes accompanied by clapping. The sound of slogans was heard in entire halls and other parts as well.
