The arrest of two cyber activists from relatives of Mohsen Shekari in Tehran
Two cyberspace activists named Farshid Shekari, cousin of Mohsen Shekari, and his friend Mohammad Mohammadi, arrested for activities in cyberspace.

According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, on Saturday, August 12, 2023, security agents raided the homes of two virtual space activists Farshid Shekari and Mohammad Mohammadi in Tehran, arrested them, and took them to an unknown location.
Farshid Shekhari is the cousin of Mohsen Shekari, who died for freedom. He is 33 years old, a resident of Tehran, and Mohammad Mohammadi, born in 1985, is a resident of Tehran. The reason for the arrest of these two youths is because of running an Instagram page in cyberspace.

Mohsen Shekari, a martyr on the way to freedom, was executed on Thursday, December 8, 2022. His charge was “corruption on earth (Moharebeh),by injuring an oppressive force and blocking the street”. And executed in Gohardasht prison (Rajai Shahr). He was no more than 23 years old. He arrested on September 25, 2022, in the Sattar Khan area of Tehran, on charges of blocking the street and injuring one of the repressive agents of the Basij.
His execution brought the reaction of people in Iran and Amnesty International. So that the security agents blocked the entry routes to his burial place and prevented people from attending his 40th ceremony. They also broke his tombstone.
