Six citizens arrested in recent protests were accused of war and corruption.

“Today, a public trial held for some of arrested people in branch 15 of Islamic Revolution Court in Tehran. Mrs. Damghanpour and I are the lawyers of #Mohammed_Qabadlo, who had an accident with the special unit’s motor forces in Parand. But contrary to the law, the court did not allow us to defend ourselves.”
Amir Raisian also announced his resignation without informing the client and said:
“At the Rabat Karim court, we were allowed to go to prison . And we participated in investigation session, but no prohibition announced to us due to the note of Article 48. But after investigation stage and issuing the indictment, we were notified that we were dismissed based on this article (without client’s opinion) and court did not allow us to go.”
