Tear gas and shooting at the ceremony of seven martyrs for freedom in Javanrud led to killing one young man

During celebration of seven martyrs for freedom in Javanrud, a young man named Burhan Eliasi killed

According to Iranian Human Rights Society, on Saturday, December 31, 2022. Ceremony of seven martyrs of freedom movement held in Javanroud.

A large number of people used to go to Haji Ibrahim cemetery in Javanrood to participate in ceremony of martyrs. But repressive agents, fearing the gathering of people, closed the roads leading to Haji Ibrahim’s cemetery. And people clashed with the anti-riot guards. The officers prevented the families from attending the martyrs’ graves and fired tear gas at the protesters.

The youth and people of Javanrud protested against government forces with slogans of death to Khamenei and death to dictator and clashed with government agents.

The protesting people of Javanrood took their demonstrations to the streets of this city after the repressive forces prevented them from holding the ceremony of the martyrs of freedom.

people chanted:
Death to Khamenei. death to dictator. You are our Basiji, Sepahi, ISIS
People were shot directly with Kalashnikov weapons.
Death to Khamenei. death to dictator. Basiji, Sepahi, you are our ISIS

Burhan Ilyasi, a 22-year-old from Javanrud, killed by government forces shooting at people who had gone to cemetery for ceremony.
