Whipping is one of the most inhuman sentences issued in Iran
According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, on Tuesday, December 26, 2023. The Zahedan court issued a whipping sentence for a 20-year-old Baloch youth. This Baloch youth was one of the protesters in Zahedan and the reason for arresting this young man was to relocate the protesters in Zahedan.
According to HaalVash, on Saturday, December 23, 2023. Nasser Ahmadzahi, 20 years old, a resident of Zahedan, sentenced to one year in prison and also 70 lashes by the Nouri Zahedan Court. This 20-year-old arrested in November 2022. He interrogated after transferred to Zahedan prison. The reason for his arrest was moving Zahedan protestors to Makki Mosque to participate in Friday prayers. Ahmad Naserzahi is now temporarily released on bail.
