In the last 24 hours, 2 Kolbarskilled and injured in the border area of Nowsud. A Kolbar named Aram Mohammadi killed by falling from the mountain. The second Kolbar also seriously wounded by border guards.

The Kolbar who fell from the mountain named Aram Mohammadi. He was 35 years old and from Sarvabad city.
Arash Mohammadi is the arrested Kolbar who severely beaten by the border regiment forces. He is from Paveh. After arresting him, Border Regiment agents beat him severely and seized his property.
Adding these 2 Kolbars, 43 Kolbars arekilled by direct fire
According to the statistics published in 2022, nearly 260 Kolbars killed and wounded in the Kurdistan border region. Of these, 43 Kolbars killed by direct fire from government forces. Last year, 189 Kolbars were killed or injured by direct fire from the government forces.
With deterioration of economic conditions in the country, number of people in Kolbari has been added daily. For the majority of these people, Kolbari is the last choice and the only choice. Most of them must carry kolbari instead of their father, brother or even husbands who lost their lives in this way.
