Four prisoners were executed in Qezel Hesar and Dieselabad prisons of Kermanshah on charges of drug and murder
According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, on January 4 and 5, at least four prisoners were executed in Qezel Hesar and Dieselabad prisons in Kermanshah.
On the morning of Thursday, January 5, two prisoners named Rostam Abbaszadeh and Mehdi Asgari, who were transferred to the solitary cell of Qezel Hesar prison, were hanged.
The two prisoners were charged with drug possession.
Despite the fact that on Wednesday night, due to the pressure of the families of the prisoners, the head of the Qezel Hesar prison lied to these families that she had obtained a stay of execution order from the prosecutor and assured them that the order would not be executed, but they executed the order at dawn yesterday.

And he had 4 children who were arrested for carrying 100 grams of cocaine and sentenced to death by the judge of Moghiseh.

Mehdi Asgari, 32 years old, from Tehran, was married and had 2 children. He was also sentenced to death by Judge Amouzad on drug charges.
Also, according to the Kurdistan Human Rights Network, at dawn on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, two prisoners accused of murder, Saadullah Karimi Sirini and Farhad (Farah) Karimi, were executed in Dizilabad Prison, Kermanshah.
Saadullah Karimi Serini, 42 years old, from Serin village, Kermanshah, and Farhad (Farah) Karimi, son of Mohammad Aziz, from Komreh village, Paveh, were both arrested on charges of murder and sentenced to death.
