Iranian Human Rights Society. On Saturday, December 3, 2022, trial of 18 detainees held in the 101st Criminal Branch of Gachsaran. Mohammad Rezvani, one of detainees of Gachsaran, connected to the court online from prison.
The accusations brought against them were “gathering, collusion and propaganda against” the regime. There is no information about other charges attributed to these arrested.
According to an informed source, Mohammad Rezvani accused of leading protests. According to the same source, Mohammad Rezvani’s case sent to revolutionary courts and branch 101 of the general court.
He is deprived of having a lawyer in process of interrogation and court. He is not allowed to have lawyer.
According to the same source, Mohammad Rizwani did not defend himself in the court. Because he considered the court to be unfair and did not respond to the judge’s points.
According to this report, other detainees released on bail. But Mohammad Rizwani still detained. It is said that his failure to answer questions. And his resistance to interrogators and saying, judiciary is a tool of repression and torture. Is the reason for his continued detention.

Mohammad Rizvani, born in 1981, has a bachelor’s degree in customs science. He arrested on September 18, 2022, along with other people . And transferred to Gachsaran prison.

Also, today, preliminary death sentence of 5 of detainees issued.
It is worth mentioning that on Monday, December 14. During the meeting of Supreme Council of Judiciary, Mohseni Ajei, the head of Judiciary, said. “The sentences of a number of [protesters] approved and will implemente soon.”
