According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, on June 19, 2023. Parham Parvari sentenced to 15 years in prison and exile by the 28 branch court of Tehran Revolution headed by Judge Amouzad.
His accusations “Moharebeh through action against national security” and “community and collusion with the intention of disrupting the security of the country”.
On October 3, 2023, while he was returning home from work, in the midst of popular protests in Tehran. Parham Pavari violently arrested and beaten by repressive agents.
After his arrest, he transferred to Greater Tehran Prison. On Sunday, April 9, 2023, Parham Parvari transferred to Evin Prison without prior notice, along with twenty other political prisoners.
