She even fainted several times in prison. But they did not take her to the hospital. Because she didn’t have money to pay the hospital.”
The source added: “She, along with her husband and son, arrested four years ago in connection with drugs.”
In Iran’s prisons and detention centers, women have the worst conditions and endure the most severe tortures. Before this, news published that talks about assaults on women prisoners. They deprived of the minimum facilities that a prisoner is entitled to. In addition to the fact that in the conditions of repression in Iranian prisons, the news of many executions, especially the execution of women, not reported due to news silence and government media censorship. Meanwhile, women executed and imprisoned in absolute injustice and lawlessness.
Since the beginning of this year, the news of the execution of two female prisoners reflected in the media. It is clear that due to censorship and suffocation, this number can be much higher. In the last Iranian year 1401, at least 18 women were executed.
