Iran Human Rights Society, Tuesday, December 16, 2025 – Political prisoner Evin Mohsen Razm Aeen endures severe medical neglect. He battles multiple ailments without proper treatment. Security agents threaten him with execution. This intensifies fears for his life. Activists highlight systematic abuse. They condemn deliberate denial of care. Furthermore, threats aim to silence complaints.

Torture Injuries Ignored in Evin Prison

Mohsen Razm Aeen, 36, holds only one kidney. He suffers lumbar vertebrae damage from interrogators’ torture. A Ministry of Intelligence agent punched him and broke his wisdom tooth. He experiences vision weakness. He urgently needs new glasses. Stomach pains require constant famotidine use. Before the Evin Prison bombing, he wrote letters twice. He addressed them to the prison infirmary head. He detailed back and rib injuries from torture.

Officials took no action. They ignored his requests completely.

Execution Threats Replace Medical Help

Intelligence agents summoned Razm Aeen after his letters. They issued heavy threats instead of aid. Agents warned him directly: “Whenever you are released, go to Isfahan and file a complaint. And don’t threaten us so much. If you complain, we will send you to Behrouz Ehsani and Mehdi Hasani. We are just waiting for a whistle to hang you too.”

These words deter treatment pursuit. They reference executed prisoners. Therefore, his conditions worsen unchecked. His family warns repeatedly. They fear ongoing dangers.
