According to the report of the Iranian Human Rights Society, on Tuesday June 6, 2023, the prison authorities banned several political prisoners from Ward 4 of Evin Prison from meeting. Among these prisoners, we can mention Ali Younesi, Miryousef Younesi, Amir Hossein Moradi, Seyed Javad Hosseini, Kamyar Fakour and Arash Johari.

Following this, two other political prisoners, Jaafar Ebrahimi and Rasool Bodaghi, refused to go to meet their families. And thus showed their protest.
There is no information about the reason for the exclusion of political prisoners.

Miryosef Younesi, Ali Younesi’s father, has been in Evin prison for months now. This is while he is sick and is locked in solitary confinement for a long time without medicine or treatment.
Arash Johari, born in 1992, is from Parsabad, Moghan and lives in Tehran. On October 6, 2020, he arrested by the security forces at his home and transferred to Ward 2-A detention center of Evin prison. This political prisoner sentenced to 16 years in prison by the Tehran Revolutionary Court, of which 7 and a half years are executive.
He is in prison for 30 months and imprisoned in Evin and Gohardasht prisons.the meeting of several political prisoners in Evin prison.
