A political prisoner named Sarkot Ahmadi executed in Kermanshah Central Prison on charges of murdering a police major. Two political prisoners executed this week.
According to the Iranian Human Rights Society, quoted by Hengaw, on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, the political prisoner Sarkot Ahmadi executed in Kermanshah Central Prison.
Sarkot Ahmadi, 29 years old, from Ravansar, arrested in December 2020 and transferred to Kermanshah Intelligence Detention Center.
He accused of killing a police major named Hasan Malaki in 2018.
After Hassan Malaki’s murder, 12 members of Sarkot Ahmadi’s family, including his father, sister and brother, arrested by intelligence.
In the last week, this is the second political prisoner to be executed in Iran’s prisons. On the morning of Monday, February 20, 2023, political prisoner Hassan Abyat executed in the Sepidar prison of Ahvaz on the charge of corruption on earth (Moharebeh)..
